The main level boasts a living area with a leather sectional sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table to accomodate 12, 2 private bedrooms, a full “Vols Themed” bathroom, rustic stone gas fireplace, beautiful cathedral ceilings with high beams, and has 2 large glass doors which open to the patio.

The top level has a loft with a queen size bed, and also has a private bedroom which has a king size bed, full bathroom, and TV with cable and DVD player.

On the bottom level, you will find the game room with a regulation size pool table. Sit down for a game of cards at either one of the game tables, or step out onto the patio for a relaxing dip in the hot tub. In addition to the game room are 2 more private bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a full size washer and dryer.
